Water Smart Technology Program
Saving Water Partnership utilities offer water conservation incentives to construction of new and renovation of existing multifamily and commercial buildings. By incorporating these technologies, your building may use up to 30% less water. Cash rebates are available now to all buildings (4 or more units). To be eligible, projects must complete an application form and receive a subsequent authorization letter before any fixtures are installed.

BetterBricks
BetterBricks is a non-profit initiative of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) and offers architect and engineering firms free technical assistance and analysis to support design teams in the development of sustainable, high performance commercial buildings.

Building Commissioning Assistance
Seattle City Light will help fund a commissioning plan, which would begin at the design stage of new construction and conclude with a final commissioning report.
