Water Conservation

Saving water is good for business and the environment. Your business may easily reduce water use and lower utility costs 20-30% by replacing inefficient equipment and changing operations. Even small to medium sized businesses can benefit with free assistance over the phone and incentives on small equipment upgrades such as aerators and spray heads.

Look in this section for water saving tips, rebates and incentives. Rebates and assistance provided by Resource Venture is a service of Seattle Public Utilities and the Saving Water Partnership.

  • Water conservation tips includes steps that can help reduce water use with little or no up-front costs and minimal impacts on performance and customer satisfaction

  • New water-efficient equipment or redesigning facilities may qualify for incentives of up to half off the project cost

  • Water conservation incentives offer a variety of incentives to help lower project costs for any cost-effective upgrade to water-efficient technology and equipment

  • Water conservation publications are helpful manuals and how-to’s on conserving water and saving money on water, sewer and energy bills

  • Get recognized  in the community for your water conservation efforts
